User
Guidelines
All members and visitors of Number 10 Suites are expected to maintain a high standard of professional conduct and respect the shared environment. These guidelines ensure a productive, safe, and welcoming atmosphere for all entrepreneurs and their clients.
- Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of your private suite at all times.
- Common areas, including waiting lounges and break rooms, must be kept tidy after each use.
- Noise levels should be kept at a professional volume to respect neighboring suite holders.
- Prohibited items include hazardous materials, open flames, or any equipment that interferes with the building's electrical or HVAC systems.
- Professional courtesy and respect must be extended to all fellow members, staff, and visitors.
Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in a formal review of your membership or lease agreement. We are committed to fostering a supportive community, and your cooperation is essential to maintaining the excellence of Number 10 Suites.
Lease & Service Terms
Payment & Billing
Monthly lease payments are due on the first of each month. A late fee is applied to payments not received within five business days of the due date. Payments cover suite rental, utilities as defined in the agreement, and access to shared facilities.
Use of Facilities
Suites are intended for professional beauty and wellness services only. Resident entrepreneurs are responsible for maintaining their individual suites in a clean and safe condition. Shared areas, including break rooms and laundry, must be used with respect for other tenants.
Security & Access
Access to the facility is provided via individual secure access cards. Access is available 24/7 for authorized tenants. Tenants are responsible for the security of their personal belongings and equipment within their respective suites.

Intellectual Property
